Our mission is to promote the physical, behavioral, and social health of those in the greater Rice Lake area by supporting and partnering with health and wellness organizations. We believe that by assisting organizations in improving the health of individuals, families, and community systems, we can enhance the overall quality of life for our community.

Applications must be submitted online at: www.rlchf.org. For any questions, please contact Billie Jo Peterson at swansonbi@mosaictelecom.net. The deadline for applications is August 10, 2026.
